Multi feeder knitting machines

In Tirupur market market off late we find a lot of Multi - feeder knitting machines ( machines with 6 to 7 feeder per Inch of cylinder diameter ),

these are mainly used for stripes designs, In order to make the bigger / engineering designs in a bit cheaper way they use it. In the older machine the feeder per inch was around 1.5 to 1.7 but later machines current ordinary machines have about 3 feeder per inch. The main problem with the extra no of feeders is that the fabric feel will not smooth and spirality cannot be controlled. if you cone across stripe with more than 5 cms it's better to use auto strippers.
