image The review petition has been dismissed by the madras high court. The dyeing unit will have to make a formal route to start over the product again. The yarn prices are going to raise by about 10 to 15 Rs from 1st of February and dyeing coat along with lead time will go up. It would be a very difficult times for Tirupur exporters. Many small exporters will be hit badly by the closure of the dyeing units. main beneficiaries would be those who dyeing fabric in Erode, Salem, Madurai etc. It may be noted that most of dyeing unit in tamilnadu does don't operate on Zero discharge and may don't comply with standards specified as per water pollution act and rules & regulation.
